Dad drives over 1000 miles to surprise his daughter for her 19th birthday

Due to restrictions, people are unable to travel to certain places around the world. However, this dad made sure to wish his daughter personally on her 19th birthday. 53-year-old Julio Cesar Segura spent 17 hours on the road driving from El Paso to Austin. Needless to say they also followed social distancing guidelines. Julio Cesar Segura is definitely in the race for dad of the year!
